How to book your accommodation or a pitch
You can drop us an email with your enquiry and you are most welcome to phone us at your convenience. We do have an enquiry form which you can use. The link is opposite and at the bottom of this page.
You can phone in to make a booking during normal office hours. Alternatively, we need to confirm availability before you can book. If you would like to check availability we will send you confirmation and a link to our secure form and online payment system through Barclaycard Bank.In order to save on high credit card charges customers who wish to book a holiday can use a bank transfer system. We only accept payment in Sterling (GBP) and would ask that you put your name as a reference and the holiday dates when transferring monies. Our bank details for payment are listed below;

The World Cup Mountain Bike Weekend 9th/10th June 2012. Pre-booking and prepayment of pitches will only be accepted for dates 8th/9th and 10th of June. A booking fee of £8.00 will be applicable for confirmed reservations.
