Terms and Conditions
All self catering accommodation is available at 4.00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.
All of our self catering accommodation is cleaned and maintained to a high standard. By accepting the hire of any of our self catering units we expect you to maintain this standard and leave everything as you find it. All damages will be charged to the credit card used to book the holiday as will associated cleaning costs/loss of income for the accommodation due to strong smells such as smoking/cooking.
Holiday cancellation or personal insurance is not included in the cost of the hire.We strongly recommend purchasing a policy prior to the commencement of the holiday to cover unforseen circumstances. If you cancel the holiday the deposit of not refundable, however, we will not demand payment of the balance of the hire provided that the cancellation is due to death, injury or illness of any person named on the booking form or of any immediate relative. We would require written evidence and a Doctor’s Certificate prior to the return of the balance if it has been paid. If you have to cancel for any other reason the balance will only be refunded if the accommodation is re-let but no refund can be made after the commencement of hire.
Bookings made by telephone or e-mail can be accepted by credit/debit card if the accommodation requested is available. A deposit will be taken from the cardholder and a confirmation/booking form issued. Bookings made 8 weeks prior to commencement of holiday will require to be paid in full. We will hold provisional bookings for seven days to allow cheques to reach us.Bookings for nightly stays for motor homes, touring caravans and tents, will pay a one night’s ( non refundable ) pitch fee to reserve a pitch with the balance of the stay payable on arrival at the park.
Cots and High Chairs are available for hire at a cost of £7.00 per week for each (Cot linen is not provided).
Pets are not accepted into any of the letting accommodation.
Breakages and deficiencies should be notified to the Reception as soon as they are noticed.
Hire rates included gas, electric and VAT at the current rate. If the rate of VAT alters in any way the new rate will be applied.
A coin operated laundrette is available for our guests’ requirements. Tokens and washing powder is available from the shop during opening hours.
We would request that noise is kept to a minimum especially between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
All beds are made up for our guests’ arrival. We provide 13.5tog duvets with covers, bottom sheets and pillows with pillow cases. We will endeavour to assist with any request that a guest may have regarding the accommodation and what is provided.
The maximum number of occupants per unit must not be exceeded due to insurance regulations.
Late arrivals: – All keys are available up until 10pm on day of arrival. In the event of unforeseen circumstances we would ask that we are informed as soon as possible so that alternative arrangements can be made. If we have not been informed to the contrary then we will assume that the hirer is arriving the following day.
All accommodation is pet free and non smoking. Accommodation that cannot be re let due to customers disobeying the ‘ no smoking ‘ rule will be subject to an additional charge of £250.00 to cover three days loss of hire and cleaning costs. This will be taken automatically from the customers credit /debit card.
